This is Mahir, a.k.a. the minimalist, I am assistant professor and faculty member at AAU, school of commerce. I will be serving as co-teacher for this round of online training. I do research, business consultancy and personal development trainings as part of my professional engagements. In my leisure, I am into sports and adventurous activities. My name is Fissiha Bekele, and I have spent the last 21 years teaching English in Ethiopia. It is a pleasure to work with you all as a co-teacher and to share worthwhile experiences. As my PhD studies in multimedia e-learning draw to a close, I am usually eager to share what I have learned in this field.

I have a wide background in teaching English at numerous educational institutions. I spent five years in high school encouraging and guiding students in language and communication. For seven years, I worked in teacher education and other colleges, preparing future educators and experts. For the past nine years, I have worked as a senior lecturer at Arba Minch University, dedicated to the academic community and passionate about teaching to improve the teaching-learning process.

As a big fan of multimedia and e-learning, I am completely committed to finding new ways to teach and using technology to improve the learning process. My steadfast trust in the e-learning environment's ability to engage students, improve comprehension, and provide an interactive learning environment fuels my passion. My name is Aboma Regassa and I am a lecturer at Wallaga University, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I spend most of my time doing research and reading academic and non-academic books. Apart from reading, I like watching football, discovering nature, and traveling. My favorite foods are Caccabsaa and Cumboo. From this online program, I have gained so much experience that will help me achieve my academic and personal goals, such as keeping yourself safe online, strategies for successful online learning, setting goals to manage your time, academic integrity, how to study effectively, and how to evaluate resources. My name is Belachew Zerihun. I am currently working as an assistant professor of TEFL in the Department of English Language and Literature, Debre Markos University. I like to join this master class ToT course as it helps me to develop myself professionally and personally then cascade what I learn to my colleagues in the university I am working with. In my free time, I read legal texts, fictions and short stories. Besides, I like to interact and share with people on various education issues.   Regarding to my online experience, US embassy at Addis Ababa nominated me to take OPEN courses in the year 2023. For this, I selected and took a course entitled “Integrating Critical Thinking Skills into the Exploration of Culture in an EFL Setting.”  and consequently, recommended by my tutor to be part of the OPEN Alumni Facilitator team. I took it a privilege to be able to be part of this team as it enables me to cascade the knowledge OPEN Course has bestowed me with. Overall, I like to involve myself online courses like this one. Hello every one! I’m Abiyu Jiru (MBA), currently working at Wallaga University under College of Business and Economic in Department of Management. For more than ten years, I have served in different Higher Institutions as an instructor, researcher, position holder and engaged additionally in different co-curricular activities. Currently, I’m excited for being a trainee of e-SHE Master Class Foundation: Foundation for Excellence in Teaching Online Training. I felt happiness because of getting such invaluable opportunity to share experiences from diversified fellow trainees, trainers, facilitators and any concerned body on this important topic. My research focuses on food safety, nutritional quality assessment, functional foods, and indigenous Ethiopian food systems. I am passionate about improving food security and enhancing the nutritional value of traditional diets.

In addition to my academic work, I enjoy mentoring students, conducting community-based nutritional studies, and engaging in online teaching and learning platforms. I also have a keen interest in writing scientific articles, attending conferences, and collaborating on international research projects.
