         <title>I would like to know more about how we focus on mindset shifts and education rather than always having to change our language, that feels more meaningful to me but maybe we feel it&#39;s not possible. I just don&#39;t see how it&#39;s helping to cave to the language shift every time. I think it&#39;s possible we are losing power by not naming things as they are.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I liked the more "bite sized" processing. Go over a concept or two, give response, go over another concept, response. The previous trainings where we went over 20 minutes of content and then had breakout rooms didn't feel as effective. I liked having the chat response option or always being invited to unmute. Sometimes it takes me a second to process what I'm thinking and share what I mean, the chat in a larger room is nice for that </p>]]></description>
