JasonUllah https://padlet.com/JasonUllah/6agqoqcax7xcmvjx/wish/1080895179 Fehler kommen vor, entweder weil ihr oder der Schüler:in falsch in die Stunde eingestiegen seid oder weil es Probleme im System gab. Kommt dies vor, ist es halb so schlimm. Wichtig ist es, dass ihr euch dann an folgendes Verfahren halte:
1. Ich notiere mir meinen fehlenden Verdienst in der folgenden Tabelle (Vorlage folgt im Anschluss)
2. Nach 48h Stunde checke ich erneut, ob mir der fehlende Verdienst immer noch nicht angerechnet wurde. Wenn er nicht mehr fehlt, lösche ich die entsprechende Zeile wieder heraus. Fehlt der Verdienst, verändere ich die Zeile nicht.
3. Ich verfahre nach 1. und 2. mit allen weiteren Fehlern im Verdienst über den laufenden Monat.
4. Am ersten des nächsten Monats sende ich diese Tabelle an auszahlungen@gostudent.org
5.
