I wanted to thank you for your time here and the support you've given us since your first visit, before the pandemic already, when we were still walking our first steps in the project here in Dublin.

You've always been fair, looking for excellence, but always within our capabilities, and during your visits you'd always treat people with kindness, giving each person you'd talk to a feeling of importance and meaning, and I'd personally always appreciate the insights you'd give us, not just telling us what were our common goals, but the reasons behind them, and those were always great chances to learn that I would take to heart and that helped me grow within my role, filling me with a sense of trust and purpose after those meetings.
