2)  Writing task
You will have to write a well-structured and formal email to your host professor to request politely a letter of invitation/ acceptance.
Note:
Before you get down to writing,  make sure you find a good exampe of an email  composed to ask politely  for a letter of recommendation (see the in-class task above).
What is more, don't forget to structure your email approapriately  and pay a lot of attention to the level of formality in it.
