หลังฉีด
1.ถ้ามีอาการให้รีบแจ้งหมอ
2.กลับบ้านมากินยาดักไว้
3.ถ้ามีอาการหลักจากกลับมาที่บ้านแล้ว ให้รีบไปโรงพยาบาลทันที

1. ควรพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ อย่างน้อย 6- 8 ชั่วโมง
2. งดออกกำลังกายหนักๆ อย่างน้อย 2 วัน
3. หากเจ็บป่วย มีไข้ ให้เลื่อนการฉีดวัคซีนออกไปก่อน
4. หลีกเลี่ยง ชา กาแฟ หรือเครื่องดื่มที่มีคาเฟอีน รวมถึงเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์
5. ควรดื่มน้ำ อย่างน้อย 500-1000 มิลลิลิตร

หลังฉีด
1.พักกดูอาการ ณ จุดที่ฉีดวัคซีน 30 นาที
*หากมีอาการผิดปกติ เช่น เวียนศีรษะ คลื่นไส้อาเจียน หรือมีอาการรุนแรง เช่น ชาครึ่งซีก แขนขาอ่อนแรง ปากเบี้ยว ให้รีบแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ และพบแพทย์ทันที
2. ถ้ามีไข้ หรือปวดเมื่อยมาก ให้รับประทานยาพาราเซตามอนขนาดตามน้ำหนักตัว 10 มิลลิกรัม/กิโลกรัม ( 500 มิลลิกรัม/50 กิโลกรัม) ทุก 4- 6 ชั่วโมง 
*หลีกเลี่ยงการรับประทานยาจำพวก: Ibuprofen, Arcoxia, Celebrex เด็ดขาด​
3. เมื่อกลับบ้านแล้ว ต้องสังเกตอาการต่ออีก 2-3 วัน 
*หากพบอาการผิดปกติที่รุนแรง เช่น ชาครึ่งซีก แขนขาอ่อนแรง ปากเบี้ยว ให้รีบพบแพทย์ทันที
4. หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้แขนที่ฉีด โดยการยกของหนักอย่างน้อย 4 ชั่วโมง
5. ไม่ควรออกกำลังกายหนัก ๆ ในช่วง 1-2 วัน หลังได้รับวัคซีน
6. พักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ  อย่างน้อย 6- 8 ชั่วโมง
7. ดื่มน้ำ  อย่างน้อย 500-1000 มิลลิลิตร
8. หลีกเลี่ยงเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์
