Compiling this portfolio not only provided me with a means of documenting what I have learned, but also an opportunity to consider my own growth over time. It offered me a chance to reflect on my skill development, the challenges I have faced, and the strategies that have assisted me in overcoming them. More significantly, I understood that English is not a single, uniform language; its form and function can change in various professional contexts, making the learning of ESP enriching, yet challenging.

This portfolio allowed me to link the language learning to real-life situations, and will help fortify my ability to effectively communicate in the different specialized areas. By showing the content studied, this portfolio reflects my journey and not just what was studied but also my development, work effort and my participation in the course.
