23. The conclusion is I finalized that we still stay with our previous company which is Hap Seng Enterprise. Our product is we change from automotive to the plantation. I have reviewed your discussion for your second project and I believe that you are still going to use Hap Seng as your company. The only difference is your grour switching from automotive to plantation, You can further discuss the products that you are going to offer - meaning a specific name/branding of the product, the production, the sales etc. Then, proceed to plan your mock meeting. Choose someone to be the project manager. The project manager can be the chairperson of the meeting and the other can participate in the online meeting by contributing ideas/suggestion based on their own roles.

We already done with our meeting that discuss about product offering, brands or specific name, production and sales. As we know, we change our production from automotive to plantation. Based on the meeting, we can conclude that we offer palm oil as our product. The brands or specific name of our product is Blossom Palm Oil. We also include the process of production for our product and other products that can we make from the palm oil. Other than that, we discuss more about how to penetrate our sales into the market. Last, before we end our meeting, the project manager wanted to hear from each department about their job and what the challenge or problem that our company might face. Thank you.
