Attend one short course together every month, and one long course together every quarterly. The course can be anything fun or interesting, dont have to be HR related. This will cultivate an learning culture within the team, the team will become more curious and open to new skill sets. Learning can also be fun!

Bring me your experience! To have cross team exposure, maybe BP team can tag along TA team for a day to see how they screen resume, attend career fair and visit campus. Or tag on to the learning team to see how they do training and orientation. Experience something different to remind ourselves there are still plenty of valuable experience out there for us to explore and learn.

Work is stressful but life should be awesome. Constant reminder to the team to practice self love. Teach the team how to relax, pamper and love themselves in the way suitable for them because everyone recharge differently!

Let's get together for a special theme lunch at least once a month. Come out with a special calender? Beyond CNY, Raya, Deepavali and Xmas. We can do potluck, board game lunch. The goal is to encourage stressless interaction during lunch time and instill sense of belonging. If we can talk well and happily during lunch, I assume we can more effectively talk about work challenges in meeting.

1+1=2or11? To be impactful mean to be useful rather than just be there. Curate a special "impactful" training plan for the team targeting: problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, analytics and reasoning and creativity. Going for such program together will help build teamwork, communication and also coaching skills as well.
