I was walking by the road. The only big pile of water in the area was next to me and some guy decided to ran into it in full speed. I was soaking wet, just mesmerizing👎

Another not so positive story that this weather caused would be when i was walking our dog. There was such a strong wind that he almost flew away. His harness got loose and i had to chase him thru the whole town. But eventually everything ended up positively.

My beautiful school skiing trip to Italy ended with me straining my neck after the first day and with me laying in the bed for the rest of the trip days

I was in the last skiing group (for newbies) for a reason. My teacher was reminded of my inability to ski properly many times yet he always encouraged me to try and believe in myself, and I did....the first day. We were in the smallest hill and everything went smoothly, I almost thought that I could truly get a grip at the skiing ability, but the very next day I was proven wrong. Second day we went on the blue slope, the easier slope from them all beside the hill for children and I managed to crash right into the small ditch. That's how I finished my school skiing and general skiing for good.

Our amazing vacation

It happened when I was 10 years old. Me and my parents went on a vacation. My mom found a beautiful hotel in Prague and all of us were really excited. When we arrived to the destination, some weird awful house was standing in front of us. We were surprised, but we decided to go inside and maybe it will surprise us. We were wrong. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The lady gave us keys to our room and the bedsheets were covered with dirt and the walls were molded. My dad went to tell the lady to give us our money back and we had to find another hotel to sleep in.

my journey from croatia to czechia

In 2017, we were going home from Drvenik by a bus. Everything went smoothly, even that it was a really long journey. We departed around 7pm on Saturday. We travelled through Slovenia, and after a few hours we were in Austria. Here the fun begins. About 100 kilometers before Vienna, something in our bus broke. Nobody knew what happened, drivers told us to get out and take our belogings. We thought that they would fix it, but they can't because the motor was completely destroyed. Our whole bus went to a nearby gas station, and we waited there for about 6 hours. After this long time, a new bus came to pick up us and took us home. We were really exhausted, so my whole family fell asleep. Thankfully after a long time we arrived to Brno, with a 7 hours delay but happy that we made it home.

My trip to Prague

Me and my friends were travelling to Prague in summer. We went sightseeing and after a while we split up into two groups. We both wanted to see something different. Me and my friend went to a museum. We successfully arrived, we were happy because our sense of direction isnt that great. But it didnt last long because we were supposed to meet our other friends at this park and we got lost. I was suprised it didnt happened on the way here but of course it happen on the way back. We got on the wrong bus and went to the opposite direction. Finally we got on the right track and arrived to the park. It took us a minute to find our friends, the were a bit mad that we were that late, but in the end it all went great.

The best tournament of my life

We were going to a 3 day tournament to Slovakia and in just the first game my opponent pushed me when i was in a jump in a break and i felt hardly to the ground. I got concussion and a dislocated shoulder. Im normally a person who would just stand up and walk away, but this time i couldnt... I laid there for a moment and when a teammate came up to me and helped me on my feet I went to sit down on a bench and rest.. The concussion was at first level so my head just hurt a little, but what really pissed me of was the shoulder. For my luck, there was a person who can get the shoulder back in place and my friend taped it for me... That day i couldnt play anymore.. But ofcourse the next one I was back on field, with pain, but back.

Scary

I was walking home and guy in a black suit was following me. It was really scary i prayed to god that he is not Hitman but he was. It was a dark night and i was walking home from friends house. By the time i was in dark street next to my house i saw a guy in a black suit and suitcase. I wasnt really bothered by him until he started to follow me. He started walking faster and faster so i decided to run. He quickly started running too so i was really scared. He was chasing me down the road but in the end of the street there was nowhere to go. He looked at my and opened his suitcase. There was a big gun in it but i did not wanted do die so easily so i decided do climb random ladder. Before he started shooting i was already on a roof. But the story dont end here. He climbed the ladder too so we was doing parkour on roof. As i said it was really dark so the hitman didnt know where he was going. I was smarter than him so i used flashlight on my phone. After a few seconds off running i heard scream. He fell off the roof and i could peacefully go home. David Bartík

Flood

My journey started on Sunday morning.

It was raining heavily and the whole town was sure that in the next hours our lives would change. Our town river was rising quickly and there was nothing else to do than sit home, close our windows and wait for updates about the whole situation. After some hours the river started to flood the town and got into sewers. People, like me, that weren't that close to the river sadly didn't escape this terrible accident. Since the water got into sewers like I already said, they started to flood some areas of town. My garden was soaked in the water aswell with the whole housing estate. The firefighters came as fast as they could to help us and after an hour or two the whole nightmare ended.

One night, i was walking home through the most dangerous street in my city. The street's name is Novosady. The street is full of crackheads, violent people and drug dealers. As I was walking, some random guy appeared behind me out of nowhere. He came to me with a knife and threatened me. He told me that if I don’t give him my money, i will be dead. As soon as I heard that i ran around the corner and hide in the bush. But one guy came to help me. He's the so called Superman of the Novosady. He asked me what’s going on and I told him about my scary story. He was furious. He went to that guy who threatened me with a baseball bat and told him to never show up in the Holešov again. The junkie promised and was never seen in Holešov again. Superman saved my life. I thanked him and asked him what's he's name. He told me he's name is Krueger…

A "simple" journey

It was Saturday evening (7 p.m. to be more specific). I expected my sister's arrival. It's a classic routine for her, as she travels from Brno to Bystřice every weekend. Two hours of sitting, reading and working (you know, time passes by quickly if you're busy).

Oh, but she had no idea what the rainy and windy evening will bring.

It started well, she managed to get to Kojetín, but her train to Bystřice was nowhere to be seen. So she waited and waited and waited...for three hours! All of this because of the heavy raining (when it rains in Czech republic, it pours).

Well, it ended happily at the end. Although she was tired as hell, she was still able to eat her dinner, which I made for her.

That was it. A journey of rain and a pumpkin stew.

One day I needed to go back home from Prague but every train was delayed from one to two hours and more some trains were cancelled no one was able to got back home because of the problems on track. We were waiting couple hours and found out that some train from other station is going to city which is closer to my home. It was the only train that worked so everyone was trying to get in there so it was very crowded also it was hot summer and instead of air conditioning was heating on. For me it was very traumatic ride because I thought I wouldn’t get home and would have to sleep somewhere.

Sport camp

Few years ago I was supposed to go on a sport camp with an accommodation in the middle of a forest.

For some reason I thought the camp was supposed to be only five days long and so did my mom. As the time passed I found out it was seven days long and I couldn’t inform my mum that she was supposed to pick me up two days later, because there was no signal. Also I was missing few pairs of socks. At the time I was probably 11 years old so this was very stressful.

Another thing was that I forgot to bring my toothbrush and I cloudn’t buy any because, again, we were in the middle of a forest. I could have asked my instructor to buy me one when he went to town, but that idea didn’t come to my mind. The whole week I cleaned my teeth using my finger.

Because of these things I felt very stupid, but overall I still enjoyed the whole camp.
