         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm not usually a sci fi/fantasy person but this book was SO GOOD. It's the first in a (coming) epic series, set in South America. The story is really immersive and I think I almost equally enjoyed her research notes at the end of the book!</div>]]></description>

Her writing straddles YA and not-YA, with some romance and great snacks and very emotionally true writing. Highly recommend!
