The raise of temperature and various precipitation are putting the South Asia people at risk. This is found in the article "South Asia and Climate Changes" In addition, it also says that not only the climate is risking many people's lives, the climate is also really affecting the place and there have been many floods and droughts. In the article "South Asia & Climate Change" from the world bank site the change to high climates in South Asia, lead to more extreme weather. According to the article, " Physical Features of South Asia," it says that "Himalayas is the youngest mountain." In addition, it also states that, " Nations- India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Maldives." Some traditions that people practice in South Asia is the practice of Buddhism." Muslims practice a series of life-cycle rituals that differ from those of Hindus, Janis, or Buddhists." This is from Google. According to Google, ginger is a food that is used a lot in food, specifically in sweet and savory dishes. Ginger is also used in fried meat and pickled ginger which is also paired with rice (another popular food). Coming from me most Chinese food I've eaten has ginger and lots of rice (aside from noodle dishes and dumpling dishes). This is all about the place in South Asia.

Human Environment Interaction (pollution)

Human environment interaction can really affect South Asia. According to a presentation called "24.3 south Asia-human-environment interaction", there is a body of water in South Asia called "The Ganges River". It is in India, then goes into Bangladesh. The article explains how this river is very important to people who believe in Hinduism. According to the presentation, "80% of India's population is Hindu". This tells me that this river is very popular in that location, too. But, the presentation also shares that pollution is affecting the river. This is because of pesticides. I know this is caused by pesticides because according to the article, pesticides and fertilizers, through drainers, make the water polluted. Also, in the article, "Air pollution in South Asia Reaches Epic Levels", smogs are getting so thick that it causes a lot of traffic and difficulty in mobility. I can conclude that South Asia has a higher rate of car accidents because the smog can probably cover drivers' views and they might not be able to see pedestrians and cars. The article also states that the cause of this is the burning fossil fuels, like diesel transportation, factories, power plants, etc. I think that South Asia is very scorching mainly because of the smog. I also think this because in the article, thick smog hangs out in the sky, blocking most of the sunlight! These huge smog clouds also change the temperatures and makes Nepal, Bangladesh, and India hot, which supports my conclusion of South Asia being very hot. These are some information on South Asia's human environment interaction.
