Wonderful job! I really like the simplicity of your Piktochart. It is very well laid out and easy to follow. Your content was very helpful. All I really remembered about The Awakening was that it's about a rebellious woman who goes agains societal norms and expectations. Your plot summary was nice and concise, and helped me to remember what actually happened. The symbols and themes slides were also helpful. It's much easier to remember things about the book when you know the themes and symbols. By providing these in a clear way, I will be able to remember the text more easily. Thanks! Great job

I forgot the birds were a significant symbol in the novel. You ladies did a good job at reminding me that the birds represent Edna and her search for freedom. Edna wants freedom from her husband and children. She wants to be able to live life the way she wants and not the way society expects her to.
