There are few rules:

1. applicants must be full-time PhD students from a degree-granting university

2. grant applications must come from an institutional email (no gmail.com, etc)

3. The application email must contain, as a minimum: a) clear indication of the university and dept; b) clear indication of the advisor; c) a statement by the advisor explaining why the applicant is the best candidate for a grant

4. The applicant's advisor must be in cc, institutional email address

• If you have already credentials, you can directly log in. Otherwise, you need to register.

• The primary payment option is through use of a credit card, but it can also be paid by bank transfer.
