The battle of Hastings was started on the 14thof October 1066 William started a battle against Harold. William had around 10000 mans in his army and Harold had around 7000 mans in his army. William won and was crowed as king on the Christmas Day 1066 and so there was three king thought out the year{Edward, Harold and William}
 
Where did it take place?
It all toke place in Battle near Hastings, East Sussex, England. The battle lasted over 6hours.
 
Why did it start?
The battle of Hastings because Harold crowed himself as king after Edward died and when William knew he was not happy because he was the one who should be and can be the king

The Syrian War


Who caused it?

A 14-year-old-boy called Mouawiya Syasneh and his thee friends sprayed anti-government signs on the walls of his school, and then that led to the Syrian War. Over half a million innocent people were killed, all because of a small prank. He lost friends and relatives, including his father, and his home city has been almost completely destroyed. 


What happened after the graffiti? 

The four boys were tortured, and when their families asked for freedom, the police refused and Syrian civilians got angry. Then when they tried to protest, the police started randomly killing and attacking people. that led to the bombing and the refugees who travelled to places like Europe. Then this led to the terrorist attacks in London, Paris etc.


How long will this war last?

This war will probably not end soon, because instead of a civil war with only its own people, the Syrian War has involved other countries as well. Also, the president, who Mouawiya Syasneh was against, will find it hard to recover after the war because he can't pretend that the half million dead people and thousands of destroyed buildings are perfectly fine.
