<title>There are a lot of different teaching approaches based on tens of years of experience. Some of them are very humanistic and student-centered such as the Affective-Humanistic Approach. This approach considers students&#39; feelings and is directed to make the learning process as more enjoyable as possible, help students feel comfortable. In my experience, there are some students who don&#39;t appreciate that freedom and attitude and start to misbehave. How to find the balance between the approach that requires sternly structured classes, but lowers students&#39; initiative and the approach that allows more freedom in class, but is not effective sometimes? </title>
