Consultation and communication were overcome with phone and face to face. 

Due to funding limitations, this meant that there was a small team which then liaised with Elise and Harold as key liaison persons with 'Deadly Runners'.  There was lots of goodwill as they were passionate volunteers who became quasi research assistance [OC action areas of personal skills and strengthening community]
