         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Explicit Instruction- Teacher should always give direct instructions to students and as much as possible words to be used in explaining things to students should always be simple. Considering that not all students have the same level of comprehension.</li><li>Peer Tutoring/Collaborative Learning- This helps the students to develop interactive learning and sharing of ideas. Knowledge will be more enhanced since students will be paired based on their performance in class. Those who don't usually perform much in class will be paired with those who excels in class.</li><li>Technology Integration- With the help of the available technologies in school and using it in class discussions&nbsp; learning becomes effective and efficient. Technology catches students interest towards learning also.</li><li>Differentiated Instruction- Various instructions should be differentiated inside the class since not everyone in the classroom have high level of understanding or comprehension. Some students needs assistance before completing their tasks.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
