In his speech he says " I have futher tried to liquidate that treaty sheet by sheet". With this quote he is reffering to the Treaty of Versailles. Hitler's campaign in his rise to power was partly focused on his hatred and disgust towrds the treaty, which in his eyes containes "the vilest rape that nations and human beings have ever been expected to submit to".The Treaty of Versailles stated that Germany was not to have an army bigger than 100 000 men. After coming into power though, Hitler not only "polliticaly united the German nation but also rearmed it militarily". This statement shows us that Hitler violated one of the bases of the treaty and rebuilt the German military. According to the Treaty of Versailles, Germany also had to pay reparations for the war, but after coming to power, Hitler decided that Germany will not pay any money. According to the Treaty of Versailles , Germany was stripped from some of its territory after the first world war. However in Source A Hitler states that he has managed to reunite some of those territories, violating the Treaty. He says "I have further tried to liquidate that Treaty sheet by sheet". Hitler means to tear down the Treaty of Versailles which was made after the First World War.

He was disgusted by the Treaty with saying " whose 448 Articles contain the vilest rape that nations and human beings have ever been expected to submit to". This refrences to the 448 articles which punishes Germany for the First World War.

After he refers to Himself as the hero that Germany has needed to gain it's former land back
"I have restored to the Reich the provinces grabbed from us in 1919; I have led millions of
deeply unhappy Germans, who have been snatched away from us, back into the Fatherland." Means the lands took by the allies.

Lastly, he says that he has tried to destroy the Treaty without shedding blood "I have attempted to accomplish all that without shedding blood and without inflicting the sufferings".

"I have further tried to liquidate that treaty sheet by sheet" refers to the treaty  of Versailles. This treaty in limitations Germany had received due to the happenings of WW1. These limitations include, a massive decrease in use of the army, less trading etc.
Hitlers plan was to put an end to all this. He uses it, because he knows that most of the German citizens were unhappy, with the decisions made. He tries to deny the treaty and fully ignores all the consequences. "I have restored the thousand-year-old historical unity of German living space", shows, altough the treaty forbid it, he reunited Germany and the boundings it had with Austria.
