I think that Dr. Mori will DEFINITELY be a spy, and get killed, but not by the Americans. Kinda like a, ha-you-tricked-us-but-now-your-dead kinda pay back, but its karma. (( oml im going way to deep into this XD )) 
Replying to Aidan´s post, he was the dentist, so he was a normal citizen, since most of the population is Japanese. They wouldn't suspect him..
