         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. One way to make this liquid armor is by using something called a shear thickening fluid. You can actually make this at home with water and corn starch. <br><br>2. To make liquid armor scientists use nanoparticles and use that to treat Kelver, which holds liquids together. <br><br>3. That the way this would work is that when you push on the nanoparticles mixed with liquid it gets thicker. SO when you would shoot it or stab it, it would get thick enough to be a solid and it would absorb the hit. </div>]]></description>
