         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the 15th and 16th century, plantains migrated to the new colonies in South America with the slaves as an inexpensive and nutritious food to produce.<br><em>Durante los siglos 15 y 16, los plátanos migraron a las nuevas colonias en América del Sur con los esclavos como un alimento económico y nutritivo para producir.<br></em><br>Wherever plantains grow, plantain chips are made (they are all basically made the same way).          <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. </li><li>Peel the plantain with a sharp knife, then slice the plantains as thinly as possible.</li><li>In a bowl, combine plantain slices, olive oil, and seasonings. Stir gently to coat the plantain chips.</li><li>Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet, then place a single layer of plantains on the parchment paper.</li><li>Place cookie sheet in oven for 16 to 20 minutes. Turn plantains after 8 minutes. </li><li>Plantain chips are done when they start to brown around the edges. Remove from oven and serve. </li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

En un tazón, combine rebanadas de plátano, aceite de oliva y condimentos. Revuelva suavemente para cubrir los chips de plátano.<br>4. Coloque papel de pergamino en una bandeja para hornear galletas, luego coloque una sola capa de plátanos en el papel pergamino.<br>5. Coloque la bandeja de horno en el horno de 16 a 20 minutos. Dale vuelta a los plátanos después de 8 minutos.<br>6. Los chips de plátano se hacen cuando empiezan a dorarse en los bordes. Retire del horno y sirva.</div>]]></description>
