This is because I saw how "positive" stereotypes can still be damaging. One example of this is Irene and Nina who are confined to their personas and are not taken seriously if they dare to do anything different. An insight I took was to examine whether the media I watch contain these elements. As someone who watched Filipino shows from childhood, only now did I ever bother to look deeper whether women characters are stereotypical and one-dimensional or original and a good representation of women. History is within my area and we can see there how women are constantly boxed in and the consequences for those who dare to do different. A concrete way to do this is to learn where and how the "dragon lady' trope emerged in movies. Another way is to support movies/ TV and other mass media that break stereotypical roles and tropes for women. Whether local or international, we can patronize projects which put their female leads or actresses in a good light. I also unafraid to ask questions and ask for help. I also do things quietly without questions. My weaknesses is that I tend not to care anymore after I've done the work assigned to me and I missed some meetings. I have a tendency not to be up-to-date and inactive in the group chat.
