I have worked in long term care for quite awhile now. I started off in an entry level admissions/marketing position and was promoted to Customer Service Specialist just 4 months later. I then went on to be the Business Office Manager 2 years after that and am still in that position now. I really enjoy the long term care environment! I love to help our seniors make the most of the their time here. I have always been back and forth on whether or not becoming an administrator was right for me. I do a lot with revenue cycle management in my current position, but I want to learn the ins and outs of business finances.
