I was able to meet the standard I had set for myself thanks to this training. My realization that I needed to refresh myself in many areas was brought on by the open-ended discussions that we used to have in class, but our mentor always supported us and valued everyone's viewpoint. Knowing the characteristics of many types of leaders and developing technology in education was something completely new to me that I learned in the course.
I did, however, encounter many difficulties when taking the course. Due to my heavy workload and the fact that I had a young child to look after, it was very difficult for me to meet deadlines, and because of my limited technological expertise, I was unable to complete some tasks with high marks, which occasionally made me consider dropping the course. But thanks to my friends' support, I was able to overcome those difficulties. The main motive behind choosing this topic was to understand the perspective of students and teachers on their final result. The findings and data analysis suggests formative assessment has positive impact on learners but if not done thoughtfully may have negative impact on learners.

We had to imagine ourselves  as an individuals who joined school as Principal.  According to my imagination, I joined the school there  were many problems in the school system like funding,traditional teaching method, teenage pregnancy. After analysing the issues I designed a plan to improve the condition of the school and bring equity in school. Equity creates an opportunity for underprivileged and underserved students so they are able to overcome disadvantages and find success. Some of the problems will be solved in the macro level like funding , traditional teaching method and some will be solved in micro level. I adopted need assessment to identify the problem and for the solution  I use the concept of ADDIE model and Gagne’s model. learning and incorporates learning design theories that address equity concerns. This will involve working with the local community, including parents and local leaders, to establish trust and ensure they are included in decision-making processes. In the implementation phase, I will train teachers to adopt these new methods and provide ongoing support. Finally, I will evaluate the effectiveness of the new curriculum and make necessary adjustments. By implementing this plan, I aim to improve student outcomes and provide a pathway for students to pursue higher education, break the cycle of poverty, and realize their full potential.
