Aside from simple games, I think it would be more beneficial to all if the assign person prepares something like; 1. 30 min Yoga (breathing exercise), 2. Activity to improve communication skills, 3. Proper email etiquette, 4. Ways of desk-friendly to get fit, etc.

IRF of items to be transferred in SAP Makati Warehouse. It's redundant process and most of the time Ops team was not able to booked it on a real-time basis. I think PPSI peeps should have SAP access on "Inventory Transfer" in order to transfer the items real-time and accurate info. Additional knowledge also for them using SAP.

Company rules. There are new policies and rules now that are not formally disseminate to all employees. We have to have handbook for guides.

I suggest a weekly bonding for us as a team. Like playing games for atleast 15-30 minutes. This can help us relax and forget our stress from work (if there's any) :DD

Individually, I need to improve the way I should be communicating fast to other people to know the answer promptly and without hesitation.

Same as others, to be on track on everything. Fewer errors, reporting an accurate financial statement. I know we are able to do that as we have enthusiasm and perseverance at work. Also, we need people that stays. :-D

I suggest we have a summer outing for the team to reduce burnout. Once we get back to the everyday grind , everybody should feel refreshed. It helps more creativity and leads to a happier team, recharge outside the office also increases loyalty.
