What are the protocols in place for inclement weather when it comes to canceling services? The gas leak air quality brought up a lot of questions as to why reading room closed but students were still able to go to the restroom, SAI, and speech services that involved them going outdoors.

Can we get more supervision or an admin in Front of school after 2:20? There are so many kids and issues for only 1 or 2 supervisors

Will we be opening another autism class? Projected numbers to start next year are at 84 students. That would start our 6 classes at 14 students and does not account for other students who tend to show up without having preschool services.

Will our autism classrooms get to do the art wheel next year? Are there any plans on including our program in some sort of training for next year?

Are we able to hire the support staff needed for our program next year so we are not beginning the year already down staff? It would be nice to put our practices in place from day one instead of having to wait for shadowing etc for new hires.

Are we going to address IBIA absenteeism next year? We have not had the greatest attendance rate and makes things difficult for the whole school.

With so many students in our program are we able to get an onsite OT/COTA to offer assistance with sensory regulation/strategies or do we need to go down the path of getting an AP for all students we believe need direct services in their IEP?

Are we able to move the autism classes to one wing of the school instead of being spread out? Makes it difficult to access restroom/motor lab etc as well as making it difficult for classes around our classrooms when we have the amount of behaviors we have.

Are we able to call for MTSS support when our classrooms are down staff and classes are having a difficult time with transitions/severe behaviors in the classroom?

Can we make the bus loop only for our busses and car pull through? We also need to find a better way for our drop off/pick up area. We cannot safely and calmly hand 70+ students through one gate only.

We are still having a hard time getting communication from our office manager about using grade level funds and ordering our supplies from January. Is there another way we can go about ordering so that we can get our items in a timely manner?

Will we be using the google sheet for placing next year’s students? We would like to start that as soon as next year projections and teacher placement is complete.
