Today is my first day doing SIEP at Farmasi Sejati. It took about 3 minutes drive to go there which is near from my place. I have been introduced to the staff by the boss. There are only two workers which both are women. So, I'm not shy or nervous to make a teamwork with them easily. I have been asked to arrange the stock on the shelf which have just arrived. There are many type of items offered to customer that is not only focus to health goods but they also offer food and daily item such as toothpaste and shampoo.

Today I do a sweeping routine as usual to make sure the place is in clean condition. Also, it will give us fresh spirit to serve customer happily. Many customers come to our shop today with many problem but I just put smile to serve them until the end of the day. I am handling cashier today as one of the staff are not coming. The boss gave me her fully trust to handle it. I have make the best as I can just like what I learn before how to use the machine properly.

This pharmacy also provide water filter for only RM3 per big bottle. This is very worth it for people who doesn't have water filter tools in their house. I was assigned to refill the water into the bottle and it takes me a lot of patience to wait until the bottle is full.

What I have realize, mostly product purchased by customer are usually common pain medicine such as fever, cold, cough and headaches. I have been able to recognize these type of tablets and make me feel excited to suggest what is the best for them.

Whenever we receive the payment from the customer, all the evidence will be recorded on the receipt. This is because Farmasi Sejati has not yet using modern machine to calculate all the in and out profit data that have been made whole day. The owner have a plan to upgrade the machine one day to reduce the work and make an efficient service.

We currently receive high demand in henna product from all race in locals. We also get so many positive feedback of this product and most of them are recommended to their family and friends about this brand. Not only woman had use the henna but also a man from 50's and above to get their hair young and healthy at the same time.

Today I had a chance to interview the owner of this pharmacy because she is in the shop all day along. Many information I get from her and also the history about how she sacrificed to open the pharmacy before. Many things that I have learn from her to become successful entrepreneur such as don't give up easily and don't hear what people say about us. She is very humble even tough she come from well-known family in this area.

Today is the last day I work here. I feel a bit sad to leave all people here. I gave all my best to do a routine such as sweeping the floor, wiping the mirror and rearranging the product which are messing. All I do the whole day is smiling bitterly as I know this is the last help that I could give for them. Anyway, working here is the best moment that I had in my life. I hope I can work here one day as a permanent staff =)
