The recent educational reforms in Oman show some sincere efforts that have been made over the past 45 years to re-engineer the educational framework. The Bureau of International Education has assessed these reforms that Oman has implemented to address educational issues and ensure some progress forward. Using secondary data, the issue of technological tools and methods used in the education system in Oman is investigated. An analysis is conducted to investigate the factors affecting the adoption of technology in education and to identify practical solutions to enhance the use of technological tools in the educational system. This study shows how modern and advanced methods are used in teaching and learning in colleges and universities. This study describes how to implement the latest teaching and learning technologies in colleges and universities.

And we learn that new technologies can provide a new way for students to improve their education and help them gain a greater understanding of their schoolwork. This technology can be used in both positive and negative ways, as with any other material. In addition, pencils were not an eternal substitute for chalk, but provided an additional means of expression. Therefore, there must be trained educational cadres to explain and simplify the modern curricula, which enhances the performance of students and teachers.

    Third: Applying technological means in the correct ways in a manner that is commensurate with the scientific subjects, which differ different subjects, for example, some subjects must be studied in the modern laboratories designated for them, such as physics, chemistry and biology, and some other theoretical subjects that need means For display as theoretical subjects represented in Arabic and English languages, history and geography.

    Working on dealing with the evaluation system for students, by dealing with electronic files aimed at evaluating the student and strengthening the relationship between him and the teacher, these files are inexpensive and even less expensive than previously used files.

    The pursuit of advanced, open-source educational resources because of their importance in the educational system, as they are of lower cost and help students rely on digital educational resources.
