Despite the rainy weather, we made unforgettable experiences. We laughed, shared stories, took pictures and bonded. The rain couldn't take away our joy so at the end of the day we went to our apartment with a smile on our faces. :)

We arrived at Lisabon at around 11am. We went from the airport to Lisabon by subway. When we arrived the weather was wind, but with no rain. We had to check in late in our hotel room because the people before us checked out late. The rain was heavier when we went on a tour of the city and the weather kept changing. We bought some suveniers and went back.

Our trip started at 2am in Osijek. We went from Osijek to the Budapest airport. I had the biggest ans heaviest suitcase. I thought it wouldn't be a big problem until I saw that Lisabon is a city full of hills and rocks. And to top it all off it started raining. Other then that we had a lot of fun.

We arrived to Lisabon around 11am and we took the subway to our apartment. We had lunch in MC donalds and then went to our apartment. Our apartment wasnt ready and we spent some 40 min in our teachers apartment. After some time we went out to do some sight-seeing. Then we went to the supermarket, starbucks and some other stores. As we made our way back into the apartment we got some suveniers.

First day in Portugal

Our journey began when we gathered in front of the school at 2 am. We took a van to Budapest, I was very excited especially when we got to the airport and so we went through security and entered Airplane My excitement grew and I believe others did too, so we took the plane. When we arrived, we took the metro, I was enchanted by the beauty of the city, and there was a small accident on the metro because I I lost my bag and then we went to lunch and to the apartment which I think is beautiful and after we rested we went on a tour which I really liked the only thing was it rained a lot but that It made the trip even more interesting and so tired from the sightseeing we returned to the apartment and had dinner and talked and went to sleep.

Our adventure began at 2 AM in Osijek, leading us to the airport in Budapest. We had no awkward stage, we talked since the beginning of our trip, all 6 of us. At 7:05 our plane departed from Budapest. To make things even trickier, the rain started pouring when we arrived in Portugal. Despite all that, we had an amazing time together. Even with the rainy weather, we made unforgettable memories.

My favorite moment today was seeing the Lisbon cathedral. It reminded me of my 6th grade math class when we had a project assignment based on the theme - circle. Part of the assignment was to draw a Romanesque or Gothic rose window. Today I confirmed my knowledge and recognized that the church is Romanesque. I was proud of myself and it was a sweet reminder of good memories. Besides that, the church itself is beautiful.

P.S.- When we arrived in Lisbon, one of the first things I noticed was a shop with a Cristiano Ronaldo wax figure. I wanted to take a picture with him, but we didn't have time and it was pouring rain. I kept telling Danijela that I wanted to take a picture with him and that I was sad I didn't get the chance. Today I finally got my wish and took a picture with him and it (most importantly I) turned out great.

Around 10am we went on another tour of Lisabon. We visited a church and looked for places to eat at. There was also a Ronaldo manequin and a cow statue we took selfies by. The weather was nice and sunny, even hot at some point. We ate pizzas at El Clan restaurant. A few of us went to the nearby market and bought some snacks. We rode on subways to the bus station and cought our bus. The sceenery and the greenery we drove past were beautiful. When we got to Peniche we went to our hotel Sea Garden and rested. At 6pm we went around Peniche and to the beach. It was very wind and a bit cold and soon after we went to a restaurant. The food was delicious and I didn't leave a crumb on my plate.

When we woke up, we went for a walk around Lisbon and ate pizza at a restaurant. After that, we took the metro to the bus station and then a bus to Peniche. We walked to the hotel and went to our room to rest for a bit. After that, we went sightseeing around Peniche, and the wind almost blew us away. We had dinner at a restaurant and then went back to the hotel. All in all, it was a tiring day, but I will remember it especially well.

We woke up and went around town to buy some souvenirs from the fair and take a picture with a statue of Ronaldo. We took a look around some church and Iva took a picture with a statue of a cow. We went to a resturant and then we went to metro where I thought i lost my phone, but I didnt, and then we took a bus to Peniche. While driving there were some really nice photos i took. We got to Peniche and went to the hotel to rest. After some time we went to look around the city and find an Italian place to eat. The food was so good. We had some vegtable soup and I orderd some Lasange. After that I had a strawberry ice cream(and beacuseof that my throath hurts now). After that we went back to the hotel.

We woke up, took a walk around Lisbon, and then went back to grab our bags. We went to a restaurant for some pizza, and then headed to the metro. We got a bit lost trying to find the bus to Peniche from Lisbon, but we eventually found it.

Once we arrived, we checked into our hotel and took a little rest. Later, we went out again, explored the city, and found another restaurant where we enjoyed some nice food. In the end, we returned to the hotel, feeling a little exhausted but happy!

Today when we woke up we got ready and went on a little tour of Lisbon. After we toured we got a little hungry so we went to a restaurant for pizza. After we ate everything we went to the metro to go to Peniche. We took the metro and arrived in front of the Lisbon Zoo, unfortunately we didn't go there but took the bus to Peniche. On the bus There was a little accident, I felt sick and threw up a little, I didn't like it, but when I saw the Atlantic Ocean I immediately felt better. When we got to Peniche, we went to the hotel and Settled down We rested a bit and got ready and went to my favorite lookout point for the Atlantic Ocean. It was beautiful there and all those waves and the blue ocean, just something magical. After enjoying the view We got hungry again so we went to a restaurant for dinner and ate. I really liked the food It was very tasty and visually beautiful. After dinner we went back to the hotel and settled in and did all the things. I really liked this day and I will definitely remember it.

They picked us up at our hotel at 8:30am and we went to their school. They showed us around their school and introduced us to their teachers. We played some games to get to know eachother a bit more. I liked them, they were very nice and all of them are really pretty! After that we went to the same rasuratn as yesterday and had lunch. After that they took us to see around town. We had a lot of fun talking and walking! After thatwe went to see some stores and bought dinner. We got over the presentations for tomorow! It was so fun!!

Today we met the portugiese students. We woke up at around 7am and went to their school at around 9:30am. They showed us their school and we introduced ourselves through games. They even showed us a dance, so we showed them how to dance kolo. Later we went to a tour of Peniche and to the beach with 5 of the students. It was so windy but it wasn't really that cold. The wakes were huge and the whole view was amaizing. At first we didn't really talk much but near the end of the tour we really talked about everything. They don't really speak much english, but we had a great time eighter way. After that we went to grab something to eat at a kebab shop and returned to our hotel.

Today, we went to school in Peniche for the first time. The children and teachers welcomed us very warmly; they were really kind and friendly. They showed us the entire school, and I can’t wait to go again.

After that, we went to a restaurant for lunch and then took a walk around the city. The city is beautiful, but the wind almost blew us away! We talked a lot with the students, and so far, they seem great.

Later, we went back to the hotel to rest and then took another walk around the city. Today was very interesting but also exhausting, and I can’t wait for tomorrow!

Today we woke up at 6:25Today we woke up at 6:25 and got ready and went to breakfast. After breakfast as usual we had a little free time and then we went to school. Today at school we had chemistry and physics For the first hour I found it very interesting, after that we went to math Which was surprisingly easy to solve. After solving the math problems, we headed to the library where we offered the children our cookies and gave a presentation about Croatia. After we finished eating, we went to physical education and danced their traditional dance, but after we had practiced theirs well, they also danced ours, which I really liked. And that was our last class at school for the day and after that we went to lunch which was solid and then we rested a bit and got ready for the best part of the day which was canoeing. It was a lot of fun. We got Wetsuits and paddles and it was really good, the only thing I found a little funny was when me and Tiago got stuck in the waves and then I put water on my feet to make it look like I was swimming in the ocean Because the waves were splashing us and there was a lot of water in the boat, but everything else was very good and fun. And then after that we went to the hotel for a well-deserved rest, but it didn't last long because some of us girls agreed to go out with our friend Rodrigo from Portugal and we were out for 2 hours and it was very nice We also went for ice cream and bought sweets and ate and walked around the city and talked about quite serious and even sad topics, which I liked and it was really nice of him to open up to us. And for trusting us with some secrets and I consider him a very good friend. After we had a good time outside we went to the hotel where we were greeted by pizza which was great and all of us girls were together talking And they were joking around, so in the end we each went to our own rooms. This day was very good and interesting for me, and a lot of unexpected things happened.

Today was really interesting. First, we went to school and attended a chemistry class, where we basically just revised what we already knew. The teacher was very kind and engaging. After that, we had a math lesson, which was also quite easy because ninth graders here are learning things we covered in seventh grade, so we solved the tasks with ease.

Then, we went to the library, where we presented our presentations and watched short films. I think the students enjoyed it, especially the part where they got to taste some food. Of course, we had to try it too.

After that, we had a PE class where they taught us, and we taught them, how to dance a traditional dance. That class was really fun! Then, we had lunch and went canoeing. Although I didn’t go with Nina, we still had a great time because a dog suddenly appeared, and we played fetch with it.

I had a lot of fun and would love to do it again—especially the part with the dog because I really love dogs!

The highlight of my day today is going to walk with Rodrigue. I got to know him and his backstory more. It made me relate to him more and feel empathetic. Not to go into details, but we talked about absolutely everything. Our beliefs and views on life, what we think about our school system, our family, what we wanna be when we grow up, celebrity crushes, music taste and favorite artists, favorite series and movies, favorote subjects, best friends, struggles, challenges, hobbies and so much more. I really found myself in him. We really bonded. We share a lot of interests and most importantly, humor. He is so funny. Whether it's intentional or unintentional, he's absolutely hilarious. I'm also glad that everybody talked (of us 4 that walked with him) and that nobody was left out. But I am very proud of Rodrigue for opening up to "strangers from Croatia" ,who he knows for a day and a half, because he is usually an introvert who likes to stay more indoors, is very shy and is really afraid of what others may think of him. I hope he expanded his comfort zone as much as I did thanks to him. :) So thanks to Rodrigue for being so welcoming and open to us. I can't wait to talk to him again. 🫶

We woke up pretty early to eat and head to their school. The weather was accually pretty nice and sunny, it only rained for a bit thru the day. We went to their chemistry and calculated ro (gustoća). After that we went to their math class and solved some really easy problems. Then we presented our country and went to P.E. In P.E. we learnt eachother some tradicional dances. They learning us the dance we dance yesterday, and we learned them the "Kalendari" dance. After that we went to the hotel to refresh our selves and then we went to have lunch in another resturant this time(i forgot the name) and the food was okay. We went canoing after lunch. It was such a tiring but such a nice and wonderfull experience that I would love to re-do! Then we hang out with Rodrigue and we had such a nice time!! He was so nice and we talked and walked around till we had to go sadly.. I hope we get to hang out on thursday tho!

Today we went to some of their classes. First we went to a chemistry class where they were calculating concentration of blue galica. After that we went to a math class for 9th grade. The teacher gave us all a work sheet with problomes we had to find a solution to. Lastly we went to their P.E. class. They thought us how to dance a fun dance of their's where you switch partners every few moves. We went to lunch at a different restaurant, but the food was good as well. The soup was the same as the one they have at the italian restaurant. At 2:20pm we went kayaking. It was awesome and the water wasn't even that cold. They gave us the diving suits and we rowed more than 3 kilomiters.

When we went back to our appartments we had free time till 6pm. We went on a walk with Rodrigue from 6 to 8pm. It was very fun and while we were walking around we stumbled into our teachers like 3 times. We had some icecream and later when we came back to the hotel the teacher brought us some pizza. It was all very delicious and it was a great day.

On our first morning in Peniche, we woke up and had breakfast before a teacher and some students came to pick us up. They took us to the school and gave us a tour, showing us everything. The wind was really strong, making it hard to walk outside. After school, we had lunch and spent time with a few students who took us around the city. It was great getting to know them and exploring new places. Later, we returned to the hotel to rest and then went for a walk with our teachers and classmates. It was a fun but very windy day!

Today at their school we had a workshop about protecting sealife and the ocean. We were supposed to go to the beach to clean it and collect trash, but because of the bad weather we had a workshop instead. The organizers first held a presentation about the ocean and showed us some of the trase they find by the sea. We made bracelet from the plastic roses. After that we went to lunch. We were also supposed to go to Papoa, but we couldn't because of the weather, so we went to a market instead. We went to the general store and to a clothes store. We bought some snacks and drinks and some shirts. We were tired from yesterday so we didn't go out untill dinner. For dinner we had some kebab and it was delicious.

We woke up around 7am, but fell asleep again so we were a bit late. We had breakfeast and I got the best jello everr!! After that we went to their school. We listened to a presentation about pollution and made bracelets from discarted plastic ropes. After that we went to a mall and buyed everything we needed. After that we chilled in our hotel for a good 3 or 4h and then went to get dinner, I ate kebab .l and it was delicious. We are going to sleep now!

My favorite memory of today was going shopping at Shopping China (I think it was called that). We talked, laughed and reccomended things for each other. I bought shirts from my favorite artists (Guns n roses, David Bowie) and they were thankfully in my size. After that we had a looong girl talk filled with lots of smiles and some tears. Today was a really special day. I think we all bonded. It was a day where we were able to relax a bit.

Today, we went to school again, where we had an interesting workshop with Ocean Patrol. They told us why it’s not good to throw plastic and other waste anywhere because it all ends up in the ocean. We were supposed to go to the beach to clean up trash, but the weather tricked us.

After they explained everything, we started making new things from discarded items found on the beach. Our group made bracelets from different types of rope. After that, we went to lunch and then to our rooms because we were supposed to visit a tower, but the weather messed up our plans again, so instead, we went to a store.

Later, we spent time talking together until the evening when we went to dinner. All in all, it was a bit less exhausting than the other days but still interesting.

12.3 Fourth day in Portugal

We woke up at 7:00 today. Today we woke up at 7:00 and started the day by going to the Breakfast after which we went to school and listened to a presentation about ocean protection and plastic recycling, and when we listened to the presentation, our task was to make something out of the material that was Trash in the ocean. I made (tried to make) a bracelet out of some kind of plastic but I couldn't finish the bracelet. But the others did everything great, today was a bit of A boring day at school because we didn't see our friends from there and somehow the mood was more tired than usual. After school we went to lunch and then to the store where we bought some things and after the store we went to the apartment where it was fun when all of us girls were together and told jokes and laughed.I liked that and after that we went to dinner which was excellent after dinner we went back to the hotel. Somehow I have the feeling that yesterday was a more interesting day because of the better weather because with Because our activities were canceled today and we didn't hang out with other kids, but all in all, my day was okay.

Today was another exciting day. In the morning, we went to school, where we had a presentation about Ocean Patrol. A woman talked about the importance of protecting the ocean, which was really interesting. After that, we made bracelets out of recycled plastic.

Later, we went to eat and then returned to the hotel for a short rest. In the afternoon, we went shopping, and I bought a backpack, some donuts, and juice. We walked back to the hotel, where we had some free time to hang out and relax.

In the evening, we went to Yo-Yo Kebab for dinner, which was delicious. After that, we returned to the hotel and went to sleep, ending another great day.

Today we finally met the much awaited students! At first we were all kind of shy and awkward (can't really say much has changed) but we tried to connect. We connected a lot through different games (drawing ourselves with things we liked and didn't like, dancing, quizzes...) with the children. I've personally connected with Camila, Maria and Magdalena the most. They are really nice and have an amazing sense of style. After that, we went exploring the school and we it was VERY confusing I must say, but thanks to the help of our Portuguese friends we made it to every place we needed. I can't wait to see them again. <3

At school we first had, let's say, cooking lessons where we made some Portuguese dishes (Soup and rice with milk) We helped chop potatoes, garlic, sausages and other things, it was interesting, but then we left it to cook and went to English, which was great and interesting and fun. And it was great that we were in my age group's class. We played some interactive games and then we went back to cooking and tried our dishes, which were really delicious. After that we went to lunch at a restaurant which was very nice. After lunch we went to get ready and we went to eat the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, papou. Papoa is a BEAUTIFUL little island surrounded by ocean and rocks and it just looks like a paradise on the ocean, something beautiful and calming, as if all your negative energy disappears there. And it calms you down.To be on papoa It was a wonderful experience that I will remember for the rest of my life because it is simply beautiful. And I hope that I will have another chance to visit it in my life. After the papua we went to the hotel to rest a bit. After we rested, we went to dinner with the girls from Portugal who are great and very nice and friendly and it was great, we were in the restaurant and we talked about everything and we were all relaxed After the restaurant we went for a little walk and we joked and talked and then they escorted us to the hotel we said goodbye and parted ways and went to the hotel I had a great day today and I liked Papoa the most because it was beautiful and I would like to repeat that experience!

We barely woke up around 6am and went to their school. We cooked a vegetable soup, and rice on milk with cimet. And they made us some sausages in their own style. After that we went to have lunch and even thought I had one slice it was very delicious! We went to chill in our room for a bit and then went to Papoa and took great photos!! Next, we had dinner with Lia, Eva and 3 others that I dont really remmeber the name.. we went for a walk and talked a bit and thought them some words in croatian and they thought us some portugese words. Then we went home talked for a bit and went to sleep. It was awsome and great and I deffinitly wanna hang out with them again!

We went to the school around 8:30. When we arrived we were introduced to a special class. We discovered the program for kids with special needs, who can't read and etc. The program was actually very sweet. They made sure that everybody could follow the recipe (even us foreigners understood most of it). We were tought some new skills about cooking while we made the dishes. At the end of the class we tried what we made (with a little bit of help) and I must say we did an amazing job. When we finished eating we went to English class for 5/6th graders. On the way there some kids recognized us and yelled "Zdravo!!" which we thought was a kind little gesture. After having fun in the english class we had lunch. After lunch we went to the hotel to get some rest before going to Papoa. I honestly underestimated the beauty of Papoa. I never imagined that it would be so calming just watching the ocean. I could sit there for hours and just watch it, it's so relaxing. Then we found out we have dinner with 5 girls. The dinner went great and we got very close. Today was a very special day, I'm so sad that this Erasmus trip is ending so soon..

We woke up at 7am and got to breakfeast at 7:30am and went to their school around 8am. We went to present tha presentation and then they took us to see the surfung competition where we saw many people(probably famous too-?) and got great photos. We got back to school and went to portugese class where we learnt some simple words like "Paõ" that means bread, and so. Then we went to have lunch and this time asked for the table on the floor up. After that we went to so many stores to buy everything😅. We then went to chill in our room a bit and then went to the beach. It was so awsome! I adored it! We went to Burger King and had an ice cream! Then we were goofing around while on our way back. I miss home but ill miss this a bit more..

We were supposed to go to physics and math class today, but instead we went to portuigise class and after that we went to the ocean to sea the surfers preparing for the World Championship. In portugiese class we sat into groups with students from their class. We had to write something about ourselves on portugiese and by that we had to comunicate with them. The students in my group were all very nice and friendly. On the beach we colected some seashells and wached the massive waves. It looked amaizing. We returned to the school and held a presentation about Croatia and our heritage. The students didn't know english that well but we managed to present nontheless. After we had lunch we asked the waiter at the restaurant we went to this whole week for a photo. He was really nice and even told us some turistic life tips. We bought some suveniers and later went to the beach near Papoa. The ocean and the waves were beautiful and stunning. We went to Burger king and ate some snacks and returned to our hotel soon after. This whole week was wonderful and I'm sad we have to go back tomorow.

Today we cooked food at the special needs department. We peeled and cut some potatoes and garlic for a soup and an olive salad. After that we went to their english class. We were showing them some of our croatian words and they showed us some of portugiese words. After english class we ate the food we helped make and it was pretty good. We also went to lunch at a restaurant and shared pizzas because we weren't that hungry. We went to Papoa after lunch. The weather was very nice and sunny and even hot. Next to the ocean it was pretty windy so we had to wear our jackets. The view was very beautiful and the waves were amaizing. We also went to dinner with some portuguise girls. They were all very nice and funny and we had a great time with them.

Today was really interesting because we cooked a traditional soup and rice with milk with some other children. Afterwards, we talked with a teacher from a Portuguese school and learned a lot of new information.

After that, we went for lunch and then returned to the hotel to rest a bit. Later, we visited Papoa, which I will never forget. It was incredible. We took a lot of pictures and videos so we would never forget the experience.

Afterwards, we went to dinner with a few girls from the school and had a great time. This might be one of the best days because we got to see the beautiful Papoa.

Today was absolutely wonderful. First, we went to school, where we had a Portuguese lesson, and after that, we went to see the preparations for the surfing championship. The beach was truly beautiful—I had never seen a beach like that before because we don’t really have sandy beaches in Croatia.

After that, we returned to school to present our presentation one last time and say goodbye to everyone. Then we went for lunch and did some shopping for souvenirs. We rested a bit and then went shopping again to buy a few more things.

After another short rest, we headed to the beach, where we had so much fun, took lots of pictures, and recorded videos.

This week has been one of the most beautiful of my life, and I will miss everyone so much. As soon as I get the chance, I’m coming back!

Today we woke up at 7 am. I finally got some good sleep. After breakfast we had a short break and then went to the school. We watched the World Championship Surfing preparations (and collected some seychelles along the way). Then we had to present our presentation for the last time. I think that this time was my worst performance honestly because I got overwhelmed. Overwhelming lead to "glitching" and into panic. I think I was able to manage the situation more or less after that. But I honestly felt very sad because I practiced a lot . I did the same presentation before and I nailed it. Seems like that honestly wasn't the case today. At least the snacks were all eaten up. I didn't allow myself to make a small mistake ruin the day. I said to myself: "Carpe diem - Seize the day. Make your life extraordinary" (my favorite quote in a different style from Mr. Keating, Dead Poets Society) because our Erasmus trip is ending so soon. For the final part of our day we decided to watch the sunset on the beach (we ended up not watching the sunset because we forgot it's on the other side). Today had it's ups and downs but I'm going to miss Portugal, a lot. Everyone I met, all the memories I made, all the places we visited.... everything.

I was a little sad when I woke up this morning because I knew it was our last day and that we were traveling tomorrow. I was a little sad this morning when I woke up because I knew it was our last day and that we were traveling tomorrow and I knew I would have to leave all the friends I had made in Peniche. And that made me sad. Today we got ready and went to breakfast in the morning and after breakfast to school where we had our first Portuguese lesson which was interesting and fun, after that we went to the best part of the day which is the beach. There were preparations for the World Surfing Championships on that beach and it was really fun to watch the surfers, and a funny thing happened there - we were all collecting shells on the beach and no one paid any attention On the waves, we were collecting shells right next to the water, and suddenly a wave hit us, so some of our shoes were wet. But it was nothing serious. The important thing is that I collected shells and I don't care about the rest. After the beach we returned to school. And we went to give the presentation for the last time, which was a little sad, but we had a good time and said goodbye to everyone, and we even called Rodrigo Because we became the closest to him and he was our best friend from Peniche. And so we left school for the last time and I had a tear in my eye, but a positive one because I know how good Was in that school and how many memories and friendships for a lifetime I made there, it's simply something that someone who wasn't there can't understand and I had a bitter taste in my throat as we left as I feel now as I write this... After leaving, we went to buy souvenirs, then to lunch and to a large store. After shopping, we rested a bit at the hotel and packed our bags for the next day, and for the last time we went to the beach together The plan was to go watch the sunset but when we got there we realized that the sunset was actually on the other side which was a bit funny. After the beach and taking pictures we went to Burger King and back We went to the hotel and got ready and spent our last night there...

It was tge last day in Peniche.. I was so sad, and I still am.. we woke up around 6am, packed our stuff and went to the taxi that drove us to the airport. I was sleeping in the taxi. When we got to the airport we checked our laugage and went thru security, we were waiting for not so long as it semed. After that we went to the gate we had to go to and waited and waited.. Some went to buy somethings from the airport while the other were just sitting near the gate. After it finnally opened, with a delayed flitght, the 'priority' people went 1st and it took them so long beacuse there was a long line of them. Then we got oj the airplane and waited to take off. I was sleeping and wakeing up all the time. When we got to budapest we had to hurry to get to the guy that was driving us. Then we got lunch from Burger King and went to the car again. I was sleeping for a bit then woke up and like that the whole time. They left us in front of the school and we said goodbys and everybody went home. I unpacked, beacuse I dont wanna unpacked tomorow, and went to bed. I will miss Portugal and everybody there so so much.. But I also missed home.. it was awsome and j would love if they came here!!

15.03. - way home

We had to wake up a little before 6am to get ready because our taxi arrives at 6:30. When we got ready the hotel owner gifted us some food for the way, after which we got in the taxi where we sadly couldn't eat that food. The taxi drove us to the airport in Lisbon. We arrived and everything went smoothly. The luggage was okay, the check in was fast and most importantly no one forgot anything. The flight was AMAZING. I actually fell asleep in the airplane, and when the pilot landed I didn't even feel it. We then ate Burger King and after almost 3 hours of driving got home. I was flooded by questions by my parents.. but I then realized how much I miss the friends I made. I was talking about the places I visited, my favorite dishes I tried and favorite memories when I felt kind of sad. Thank you to all the friends, memories and new experiences I've made and experienced, but most importantly thank you to the teachers who took so much care of us and managed to make all of that happen by making us safe and sound. <3

Today, I overslept my alarm a little, so we had to get ready faster in the morning than we normally would. But we managed to get everything ready on time. We received our lunch boxes and took a taxi to Lisbon. The driver took us to the terminal, and we entered the airport. There, we ate and drank something before heading to drop off our suitcases. After that, we went to check-in and then through security. Everything went smoothly, but we had to sit and wait for a long time for our flight.

The pilot took off and landed very well—I didn’t even feel it. After the flight, we ate at Burger King and then headed to Osijek. After a little over three hours of driving, we finally arrived in Osijek, where our parents were waiting for us. Even though today was a very sad day, I’m still happy to be home.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank our teachers for taking care of us and making sure everything went well, always being there for us. I will never forget this experience and would do it again countless times.

We woke up at 6 am today. Today we woke up at 6 am and packed our suitcases until the end, then a taxi picked us up and we drove to Lisbon to the airport where we waited for our plane and when it arrived we drove to Hungary. Where we ate at Burger King. And then we drove to Osijek where our parents were impatiently waiting for us. Today was the saddest day precisely because we were going home and we wanted to stay longer because so many wonderful things happened And I will never forget them, they will always remain in my fondest memories, but I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to experience something like that and meet such wonderful friends, it was definitely One of the best weeks of my life and I will always remember it.
