         <description><![CDATA[<div>56.3% if responses were a 3, with 32,6% on 4 or higher.<br>There are some elements that we do very well - caring for individual students; some schools have Positive Behaviour for Learning; catering to students' learning needs.<br><br>There are some schools not implementing PBL and some people think more could be done.<br><br>Room for improvement - particularly in the planned approach, perhaps data (as it wasn;t mentioned in comments, but is a part of PBL and should be part of a wellbeing program.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Professional Standards<br>*Dept show more responsibilty to rural areas that enable teachers to maintain professional standards and by providing and accessing relevant courses and professional learning rather than us being responsible.<br>Courses were provided by consultants who were trained in the standards and outcomes and were able to guide new and experienced teachers through the process.<br><br></div>]]></description>
