         <description><![CDATA[<div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Individual performance reporting&nbsp; shows how an individual is dealing with change.&nbsp; Showing if they are progressing forward, staying the same or going backwards. &nbsp;</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Management performance reporting shows how management are dealing with change.</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Tracking these makes sure the changes are going according to how it was planned. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>These are why I think tracking changes are important.&nbsp; It shows how people and the business is working and dealing with the change and if its on track. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
