we made a team quilt with all of our names and a interesting fact about us and we used good communication to be able to individually thread the wool through the cards some of the group didn't really communicate well and there was some arguments so it came to a holt but we pushed through it and completed it

I pushed myself to beat my personal record on the bench press

This helped me develop my skills because it gave me the motivation to do it and push myself outside of my comfort zone which when I completed this made me really happy

I feel that the lift went well this is because I was able to complete it comfortably which before hand I would not have been able to do

I could improve by pushing myself up and aiming to become better physically and stronger by adding more weight

I won a boxing spar against my boxing coach

It developed my skills this is because I wasn’t able to beat my coach before hand and with hours and hours of practise and staying motivated I was able to do this

I was able to beat my boxing coach who has 15 yrs of boxing experience

I will improve by pushing myself constantly and now trying to go semi pro in boxing

Winning a football match 4-3 despite being 3-0 down

It developed my skills as I didn’t know I had this type of motivation and determination to be able to win a game when I was 3-0 down

The team was able to pull themselves together and beat the team with lovely play despite the odds not in our favour

We could improve by looking toward the next game and trying to be better defensively and not concede any goals

Handing my course work in on time

This helped develop my skills because I got praise from teachers and it helped me with time management as I am able to meet deadlines

I handed in my coursework on time and included all the points I needed to in order to finish my coursework

I will now look to complete my coursework for Tom which I have already made a good start on and look to finish that

Being able to do the work in class and avoiding distractions

This helped develop my skills as I was able to do the work and not get distracted hence I had a greater quality of work that my teachers would like

I feel that my work went well as I completed it and was able to make my self happy as I did it to a great standered

Now I will look to go onwards and upwards and look to do my next price of work in class really well
