During my assessment for him I had discovered some scoliosis and gait issues presenting from the scoliosis. I have provided some relief and his gait has improved, but it is only temporary.

So as I assess her treatment plan I would suggest that she should booked more appointments for us to see more improvements and we can bring her back to her normal ROM. and we can start making a better treatment plan for her also.

during my assessment I noticed she has anterior pelvic tilt and lower back pain. I have provided treatment and homecare exercises for her. I want her to come regularly for treatment and continue exercises that will help her to improve her posture and reduce  back issues.

Please review the file of Mr. Ferreira, a 22 y/o client who suffered fracture on his right (dominant) hand 5 weeks ago. Upon assessment he has restrictions of wrist movement such as flexion, extension, abduction, adduction as well. This  has resulted to weakness of the muscles that are involved with this movements. Mr. Ferreira has shown a significant healing of his fracture and was able to do some movements but with restrictions. It is our hope with your help, he can regain his full range of motion and function of this joint.
