We have to stay connect all day since 8:30 am until 6:20 pm, without breaks to clear our minds, without interacting with classmates, without talking with our friends personally, even without seeing our teachers.  If before were complicated for the students to learn, I think that now is worst, academic burnout is real and the questions are, How much can we learn with classes online? Is this healthy for the students? Everyone, children, teenagers, adults and elderly people, they changed their style of life. More hand washing, using of mask, social distance, “home school” (online), online work… Well, we know the COVID-19 pandemic has revolutionized the routine: going to school or work, taking a public transport, going to party or to church (with a lot people and zero social distance), they are actions that we can’t do now (in quarantine, of course), because we could get infected and go to the hospital, and then, die. The people have developed patience and social conscience.

All the schools, kindergartens, universities, and presential jobs changed to a change online world. It was very drastic for everyone.
It was a hard time, I was very sad because I couldn’t see my family and friends, and have to celebrate their birthdays by zoom.
What I learned in this pandemic was to value the little things, and that your family will always be there for you.
 During the pandemic I was also able to rediscover myself, I learned to cook cakes, play sports and learn how to do yoga, I learned to be more organized and to fulfill my schedules and my flexible routines. Finally, my family and I spent more time together.
