For me, I think I am a bicultural. I’m choosing to be a bicultural because when I first came here to Australia, I have an ambition to adapt to the newly environment that I never had been before. It such a challenge for me. The bicultural employees tend to excel in doing social network that make them able to to interact with more people. They also have critical thinking skill with different point of view and open minded. They also can use more than one language that use to speak with international client also. I agree with the article. Because for me being a bicultural make me able to make friends and sharing our culture with them. The best things is i will have an open minded to accept the culture  that i never seen before. With english, i also can speak and understand well in australia which make me excited about being a bicultural.
