Yes , I am a bicultural by blood because I originated from two different cultures. I identified myself as Chinese Malaysian Cambodian due to my family history. From the article, the bicultural employees tend to excel in more diverse social networks because as they tend to think positively about others and share more connections with people who share the same background. Futhermore, Bicultural employees have language skills as they can translate inside and outside of workplace. Bicultural employees develop more thinking about issues by thinking through different perspectives and this will help them to develop more strategies to solve international problems. they also have better intercultural skills like adapting cross cultural situation and they understand values, norms and behaviour for more than one culture. Yes I can relate to it because I tried to share connections with people who same the share background as me. Due to me being a bicultural I find that I can easily find strategies to solve international problems. I can also communicate people easily from around the world because I can speak many languages . Moreover, I tend to undertake different cultures behaviours, values as I deal with different cultures.

No, I am not a bicultural person. Because my family history is from China, and I live in china for 18 years. I enjoy the culture of my hometown.
Bicultural gives them special knowledge and causes them to think differently. I think they are good at communicating with others. Because of the language superiority. they may also have better intercultural skills, such as adapting to cross-cultural situations. I am totally agree that they can do some activities easily because of the use of multiple languages. One of my friends comes from Malaysia. Due to her mother is a Chinese so she can speaks both Chinese and English which makes her gets along well with many Chinese students and also English speakers. since she is good at English too, she can learns the knowledge very fast and always shares with others.

Because I used to live in China for a long time, I only lived in one cultural environment, but now I am studying in Australia, and I start to living in a different cultural environment. There are many advantages of bicultural employees, such as solving complex international problems, a multicultural social network for others and working effectively across cultures, but also there are some negative impact, like poor psychological well-being for bicultural employees.

For me, I think I am a bicultural. I’m choosing to be a bicultural because when I first came here to Australia, I have an ambition to adapt to the newly environment that I never had been before. It such a challenge for me. The bicultural employees tend to excel in doing social network that make them able to to interact with more people. They also have critical thinking skill with different point of view and open minded. They also can use more than one language that use to speak with international client also. I agree with the article. Because for me being a bicultural make me able to make friends and sharing our culture with them. The best things is i will have an open minded to accept the culture that i never seen before. With english, i also can speak and understand well in australia which make me excited about being a bicultural.
