         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will monitor and remind kids of expectations in hallways.<br>We will teach students to know the hall is a "learning zone".&nbsp;<br>We will model and teach students to respect all PCE family members&nbsp; and visitors.<br>We will encourage bubbles as we notice kids walking.<br>When walking with small groups of students from room to room, we will expect students to stay with teacher on one side of the hallway.<br>We will recognize students that are displaying proper hallway procedures.<br>We will compliment great behavior.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will continue to daily remind students about expectations in hallways, special areas, lunch, and other destinations (common spaces).<br>We will continue to walk nicely and <em>softly</em> sing our songs in the hallway (at appropriate times led by teacher). <br>We will recognize great hallway behavior and reinforce  positive expectations. (Doing this in Class Dojo has helped greatly)!<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will frequently review expectations before leaving classroom to lunch as well as when exiting the cafeteria .<br>We will pick student up on time.<br>We will make sure students are monitored on their way out of the cafeteria.<br>We will have one teacher stand at the door to slow kids coming into the hallway while the rest of the teachers will continue to monitor all of the grade level.<br>We will have incentives for meeting expectations.<br>We will monitor the time it takes for our 2nd graders to correct and rise to expectations and will share expectation with students so they understand concept of paying back any time lost at structured recess.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will continue to remind students that they are a reflection of us (teachers) so it is important to follow expectations.<br>We will continue to show students respectful behavior as they walk in and out of the buildings.&nbsp;<br>We will increase positive reinforcement of good behavior.<br>We will have structured recess when expectations are not yet meet&nbsp; (For example, this will include simulating and rehearsing how to enter and exit cafeteria for lunch).<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will be mindful that there are other grade levels in the hallway during our lunch transition and will emphasize importance of being extra quiet during lunch transition.<br>We will be committed to being mindful of other students' learning.<br>We will keep hands and feet to self.<br>We will collaborate with cafeteria team for 4th grade to exit out of lunch through the back of the cafeteria instead of main hall (We&nbsp; want to minimize the congestion of traffic flow since 4th, 3rd, and Kinder are transitioning back to back).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We will work on getting our kids to quietly walk out of lunch.<br>We will collaborate with cafeteria team to slow down process of how students exit the cafeteria (this includes using one door,&nbsp; walking in a line).<br>We will remind students of the expectations we expect and model techniques on how to meet expectations (including being aware of monitoring voice level, honor personal spaces of other students, being aware of spacing ourselves away from wall to avoid touching anything along the walls, etc...)</div>]]></description>
