This makes me often have conflicts with other people who have the same interests. It is challenging for me to accept something that is not my ideal. Often this makes me unhappy.

(2) The main purpose of live-in: observation, collaboration, and building relationships as global citizens. I have to really prepare the things that I can do. 
Observation means I have to have the right set of questions.
Collaboration means I must have an imagination of what kind of collaboration I will get and or propose.
Connecting as a global citizen meant that I had to come up with interesting and useful ideas for De Britto with the Xavier schools.
