- Teach the others how to do the boats, set an example, set roles, keep the teammates encouraged
Why did we get the results we got? 
- because there was a little of confusion, there were a lot of trials but not enough focus on one. 
Is my team a winners of the market? Why? 
- absolutely not, because it took us a lot of time to get to perfection and a constant production
What did we do wrong?
- not focusing on only one design, miscommunication
How does it relate to the concept seen in class? 
- the team didn’t have a manager so the whole process was kind of disorganized

-What was the function of the coordinator of this activity?
The coordinator behaved like a good leader, he knew how to organize us in the right way and put us in our roles to be able to make the maximum number of boats, he also doubled and collaborated and set the roles of each team member

-Why did we get the results we got?
Because we had a very good communication, administration in all aspects, teamwork could be seen and we are very proud of the result

-Is my team a winners of the market? Why?
Yes of course. we had 5 different designs at the beginning which demonstrates the high skill and organization, and then we ended up with 3 since we fed back and came to the conclusion that 3 were better than 5 for quality, speed and resources

-What did we do wrong?
We didn't do anything wrong, but we do have several points for improvement since the time was too short to be able to achieve something. Instead of focusing on a single design, we could have spread the other 2 designs that we did, however, we only did 1 since the others were complex to do

-How does it relate to the concept of Management, managers and the Management Process
Because the leader had to have an administration to be able to organize us and communicate the objective of our team, without this administration definitely everyone would have done what they wanted and we would not have come to stand out in the other teams.

We get the results we got because we followed the strategy we set at the beginning.

Unfortunately no, because we were not efficient enough.

What did we do wrong?
We did not establish only one model since the beginning and we waste time trying to make two models at a time.

How does it relate to the concept of Management, managers and the Management Process?
