I am able to establish credibility with an employer in several ways. First, I can reference previous employment -- I currently work at Chick-fil-A, which shows that I am courteous, professional, and skilled in customer service. I also can point to my current state of education. While I am currently in high school, I am also taking high-level college classes and was first in my class. Finally, I can also establish certain certifications that would add to my credibility with my potential employers.
