- Optimism is about positivity. By being positive, we can prevent negative things from ruining our day and our mood.
- Staying positive is when you try to look at the brighter side of a situation, even if it may be grim. It's alright to be sad, but when something minor happens it's better to brush it off and keep your chin up.
- Sometimes staying positive is difficult. It's not easy to always be chipper, and that's okay! Whether things just really aren't going your way, or you can't find it in you to walk off something that just happened, it's alright to be a little down.
- Always try to stay positive, even if it's hard. You can do it!

- By playing games that strengthen creativity, you can also improve your intellectual health.
- This could be anything from playing trivia games to games that involve creativity.
- We might be busy with obligations or tired, which can come in between playing helpful games. It's okay to miss out on training your brain sometimes, but if you spend too much time without working any skills, they won't sharpen and will stay dull, so stay on the look out!

- By expanding hobbies and interests we are able to keep ourselves intellectually healthy. When our life is monotone it can get boring and lose meaning.
Sleeping Routines - Physical Health

- Sleep is important in staying healthy, as it keeps our brain functioning properly as well as lets our body rest.
- A good sleeping schedule is something that is regular, beginning and ending at roughly the same time each day as well as getting a constant number of hours each night. You should strive to get between 8-10 hours each night in order to stay healthy.
- When we are students or are in active sports seasons, we can end up very busy, whether that means doing homework well into the night or returning from a match late, it can hinder our sleep. Try to fit a schedule around these obligations, if you can!
