Public Education is the belief that everybody should be able to get education rich or poor. Horace Mann the creator of this movement was a strong supporter of public education for everybody. Horace Mann created the Public Education Movement and became the "father of American public schools".
Mann spoke to many people about his belief of the importance of education.
