We believed that their goal was to obtain the stolen weapons stored in the Bastille.<br><br>This event is important, because it showed the people taking action against France.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Reign Of Terror started in the summer of (1793-1794.) During the French Revolution the leader, Maximilien Roberspierre, lead this act on the French. A new device called the Guillotine helped this action as it chopped off the heads of all who opposed them. The Reign Of Terror happened, because it was for a partisan political purpose and for stabilizing the country. </div>]]></description>

The main point on the Declaration of the rights of man &amp; citizen was to get free rights for all people, but most people did not even get free rights. King Louis XVI was married to Marie Antoinette.&nbsp;<br>The king had to move from Versailles to Paris, because they pushed him out of his power and&nbsp;<br>he had to return to Paris.&nbsp;<br>During 1789-1799, France deposed and executed King Louis XVI and set up a republic that dealt with substantial, internal, and external threats.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In October of 1789, a group of Parisian women marched to the palace of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. They confronted the King and Queen about the high bread prices, to then take them back to Paris as prisoners. This was the first revolt by women and soon resulted in the beginning of the Revolution.</div>]]></description>
