Some tips I have for you to be sun-smart is wearing protective clothing that is thin and not to small because if the size is small it could stick to your skin which could increase body temp, wearing sunscreen is sufficient to your body during hot days. Wearing a hat which cover your head is critical, it is preferred to not wear caps that don't protect your head.

The Sun is very big, hot and could burn you if not protected while out in the Sun.

Reasons why it is important to be Sun- Smart while being out in the Sun, being unprotected( without hat, protective clothing and sunscreen) could lead to sun-burn, cause damages to skin and could lead to skin cancer.

The Sun Smart program has estimated that they have saved 43,000 skin cancer's and 1,400 deaths in VIC 1988,
