I found out that people use a lot of water every month, and having more people in that specific household adds to the total amount of water usage. I also discovered that people as indivduals use thousands of gallons of water each month. This shows that the California Gov. has the right to ask their citizens in the state to conserve water throughout seasons where we are more probable to droughts. People are super wasteful with baths, sinks, gardens, pool, etc. people only use these wrongfully to increase the total amount of water usage.

The slope will tell us how much water usage increases per + individual in the household. Although, the Y - Intercept represents the water usage when there are - people in that household. This can tell us that even if the house is empty, the house can still utilize water. With that info, the line of best fit is plugging the # of people in the house with the X value in the equation puts number from 1-20 to calculate the line of best fit.
