  • Hoarding problem

  • no one talks with him/no friends/lonely

  • Because he has no one around him it’s harder for him to recognise that he has a hoarding problem so he will continue in this behaviour

  • No job only using 4000 綜援

  • Mental illness

  • He has trouble letting go of things maybe it’s to fill in the hole of his loneliness

  • He’s old so physically moving is hard for him so it’s hard for him to clean up which could lead to him to continue to live in such a bad environment

  • He has the basic need of a shelter so he doesn’t need to pay for rent so by keeping the “trash” he can resell it for his basic needs (e.g food) plus he also has the 4000 from the government
