https://youtu.be/_epVgBDPBOg

The song that I watched recently entitled 'scars to your beautiful' is about a mindset of a girl who always wants to be looked perfect by people around her. she has the feeling of craving so much attention from public and having a great appearance that she would sacrifice anything including damaging her own body parts just to be looked the same as what she dreamed of.

This emotion that certain women go through on a daily basis in order to feel loved or in order to love themselves is such a thing that goes on in today's world. This matter is not only increasing their insecurities but also could lead into mental breakdown. So the lyric in the song that sounds 'you should know you're beautiful just the way you are, and you don't have to change the thing the world could change it's heart' explains that she is beautiful no matter how she looks and she does not need to change anything from her because she looks perfect just the way she is.

Things that make me happy

It is so easy to get caught in the run-of-the-mill or an usual routine everyday which for some people think it's normal and delight them everyday but on the other side, for others it is a hard nut to crack day for them. This situation commonly faced by adults that have huge responsible on supporting family through thick and thin in terms of financial, needing and so on, besides for diploma students that are up to their neck in tons of works and assignments that had to be done on time. Therefore, without realising the clock ticking we have spent more time worrying about where we are heading instead of celebrating how far we have come and felt down about the things we have not yet achieved instead of thankful and grateful for all we have around us. But, when we start focusing on the things that make us happy, the things that make us feel warm and comfy inside, we realise we have a lot to be thankful for.

Every people have their own ways to be happy including me. There are tons of things in this world that make me happy and joyful. So the first thing is spending time with all of my family members. Although in right-now situation which is I cannot communicate with my mom, dad and all of my five siblings face-to-face, I am so grateful that I am able to chit-chat with them via video call through my phone. Even it is just an idle talk and nothing important to be talked about, I would have been so happy that I could hear their voice talking happily to me. There was a moment where I can't hold up my tears when I shared with them my Semester 1 final examination's result and I got positive responses from them, my mom for the first place. The smiling faces that were shown tell how much they love me .

The next one is of course playing badminton. Eventhough my skill is not as good as professional players that we oftenly see in television, I keep playing it everyday and even hours without feeling bored. I can say that I am a whole different person the moment I hold the badminton racket, I imagine as if I am a Badminton athlete that represent my country in the international competitons, hahahah sounds funny right? but visualising is free though.

Beside playing badminton, I am also enjoying a lot in watching badminton match (men's double for the first place) don't get me wrong ya huhu, the reason I prefer watch men's double match is because I learned a lot from the speedness, power, great trickshot and skils point of view that persistently showed by them. In addition, as a proud Malaysia citizen, I always on cloud nine whenever Malaysian player get the chance to play on the world stage against among the best players in the world especially Asia. Me and my siblings will gather in front of television shouting out loud as a sign of supporting the national players who are fighting with all their might to beat down the opponents.

To be honest, those things above that I shared with you guys are just ten percent of things that make me happy, there are hundreds more memorable things that could easily pleased me. It is such a remedy to express our happy feeling through this journal. Thousand thanks for willing to visit my humble padlet and read my sharing. Thank you.

Student life

student life is considered as the precious part of everyone's life as it is a period of time where a person could enjoy the most. when I was still a child, I thought that being a student is such a rough time where they will be burdened and loaded by tons of school works, assignments, and tasks that have been given by lecturers. Turns out, it is not so bad actually to be a student surrounded by lots of work that need to be done on time. In turn, those tasks are platforms that develop students' mind to become more mature.
The first time I stepped into Diploma at eighteen, I felt the different vibes as if I were trapped in a new world that
change a whole inside of me. It was a terrified experience at first on adapting myself to get used to this kind of situation which was hard to describe. The mix feeling of fear, anxious, emotional and overexcited were all mix at the same time. But day by day, I manage to handle and control it by myself and prepare for the upcoming challenges that come.
Being in college is absolutely different than in primary and secondary school where the pupils will be guided a hundred percents by their teachers. Whenever they are in trouble, the teacher will always be there to lend a hand, but when it comes to Diploma level, we have no option but to reach the fellow by ourselves to get the guidance. So this is the starting point where the students are bound on practising self-descipline and learn to be independent.

Pray

"Never underestimate the power of Du'a". One of the famous statement that oftenly stated by majority of islamic preachers and we commonly hear it every day. Du'a is an arabic word that carries the meaning of supplication or pray. Whenever we attend a religious talk event, the preacher will emphasize the importance of praying to Allah. Allah says in Surah Baqarah "When My servants ask you (O Muhammad) about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond (with obedience) to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided (to the Right Way). (Qur’an 2:186). This verse of The Quran proves that Allah is always listening to his slaves whenever they call upon him anytime and anywhere. He never get bored and tired of hearing the groans of his servants and in fact, the more a Muslim prays the closer he is to Allah.
Supplication is and incredible power that many of us take it for granted nowadays. Most of people make Du'a when they are in need or only in trouble. This kind of practise should be corrected because we are encouraged to pray to God all the time whether in difficult or happy situation. Sometimes our prayers are answered immediately and sometimes they take much longer than we expect. Therefore, some people will wonder and start questioning why their prayers were not answered. So this is a test that is given by Allah to his servant to test the extent of his patience as well as his sincerity in praying to Him.
We just need to remember that He is the best planner. In other word, maybe what we ask for in our prayers is not the best for us because God knows best and he does not give what we ask for but he completes what we need. As a believer, we must not lose hope in our Du'a and become impatient when we do not see the results we want. Moreover, we should continuously remind ourselves that the key to getting our Du'a's answered is by being consistent in our Du'a's. Once this is understood and followed, just remember to have a strong faith that Allah (swt) will either give you what you want or something much better than it, and He will most likely give it to you in a way that you never imagined. At last, may Allah accept all our prayers and bless us in this world and the hereafter.
Ameen.

Teenager

Adolescence is the era for teenagers develop emotionally, cognitively and physically. Teenagers are individuals whose age falls between thirteen and nineteen years of age. It is the phase of prefacing the psychological and physical change that will characterize a teen. Before their teenage years make headway, these individuals focused on primary school, playing games with their childhood friends and obtaining approval from their parents. But when time pass by, those former aims are replaced with a desire for independence, as teenagers step forward towards becoming young adults.
In today's world, teenagers nowadays have changed a lot compared to the teens in the past. Teenagers at present are extremely different from the youths of the early 2000s from head to toe. Teenagers are different from adults and senior citizens in terms of the way they dress, the way they act as well the way they speak. The way they socialize with the community portrayed their characteristics, few of them are extroverts and some of them are known as introvert. Teenagers today prefer doing conversation and making friendship in cyber world than the reality which is probably caused by lackness of speaking face to face in public. Furthermore in this era of modernisation, it is easier for the society to access the social networks namely facebook, whatsapp, telegram and instagram for instance.
Youth people presently are easily influenced by various influences particularly their friends. We cannot doubt that most of the teenagers rather spend more time gathering around food stalls with closed friend on weekend just to have an empty talk than staying at home doing house chores. However, there are also friends whome influence teenagers into good deeds. In the end, it is up to the teenagers themselves to choose the right path for their future or vice versa as Mark Glamack quotes "If you surround yourself with the good and righteous, they can only raise you up. If you surround yourself with the others, they will drag you down into the doldrums of mediocrity, and they will keep you there, but only as long as you permit it."

Millions thanks for willing to read my padlet.
Thank you.
