Items that students use to demonstrate what they have learned. 
This is the material a student OWNS which they may be assessed on based on their knowledge, understanding, and skill.

What is the purpose?
 Product assignments should help students to RETHINK, USE, and EXTEND what've they have learned over a long period of time. 
It allows students to express their learning using multiple resources and materials well suited to their learning needs. 

How is it achieved?
Teachers may have brainstorming sessions, workshops for research, assessments of personal goals, individual and group work, etc. 
It gives students the opportunity to rethink, use, and extend what they've learnt.

Make a video documentary 
Formulate and defend a Theory
