For these students, it isn't fair for the teacher to give the same activity to every student,  so the teacher creates a bit of a more *advanced* activity, or adds on to the activity, to challenge these students and give them a bit more "freedom" with their final product. </div>]]></description>

The idea is for the teacher to provide an opportunity to stretch the advanced learners' skills and understanding of a topic.</div>]]></description>
