My cousin takes acting, dancing, singing, and even cooking classes at his local college in CA. 

On top of that, there is a big support community for people who have Down syndrome. Each year, a Down Syndrome convention is help in a different city wear people of all ages can connect with each other, have fun, and learn about different experiences others like them have had. It is a genetic mutation, so reducing the number of babies that are born with the mutation won't decrease the chance of a baby getting Down syndrome. If reducing the number of people who have Down syndrome is the primary goal of prenatal screening, the process is unethical and useless because Down syndrome is an unregulated mutation.
