The programme uses an employer led partnership to establish specific carved jobs for people with disabilities. It has established a Gloucestershire employers forum, provide training to employers though WorkAble (an enterprise employing people with disabilities which delivers disability confidence training) and deliver specialist job mentoring and a supported trainee work programme to learners.
