         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="http://www.equalitiestoolkit.com/content/employable">EmployAble</a>&nbsp;is an innovative training and employment programme, driven by employers in Gloucestershire, providing sustainable employment for people with disabilities.&nbsp;<br><br>The programme uses an employer led partnership to establish specific carved jobs for people with disabilities.
